非洲帕拉運動會是一項綜合運動會，由來自非洲國家的帕拉運動員參加。

歷史

2021年在摩洛哥拉巴特舉行的非洲帕拉林匹克委員會（AfPC）大會選舉並支持加納主辦和組織首屆非洲殘疾人運動會。根據非洲殘疾人理事會大會 2017 年的決定，為非洲殘疾人和殘障人士舉辦一項獨立的多項殘疾人體育賽事。[1]
