英国图书信息专业协会（英語：Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals，CILIP，/ˈsɪlɪp/）是英国图书馆员、信息专家和知识管理者的专业机构。
该协会成立于2002年，由图书馆协会（Library Association, LA，有时称作LAUK）与信息科学家学会（Institute of Information Scientists, IIS）合并而成。
苏格兰图书信息专业协会（CILIP in Scotland, CILIPS）是一个独立的组织，在苏格兰运作，并与CILIP保持附属关系，通过服务水平协议提供各项服务。
CILIP设定的2020年目标是“将信息和图书馆技能以及专业价值置于一个民主、平等和繁荣社会的核心地位”。
