《伯明罕郵報》（英語：Birmingham Mail）為英國的報紙，形式為小報。在黑鄉以《Black Country Mail》（直译：黑鄉郵報）名義發行、官方網站則名為《Birmingham Live》（直译：伯明罕現場）。該報總部位於伯明罕，主要發行地點則有伯明罕、黑鄉、索利赫爾；在華威郡、伍斯特郡、斯塔福德郡也有少量發行。[2][3]
歷史
[编辑]《伯明罕郵報》在1870年成立，當時名為《Birmingham Daily Mail》（直译：伯明罕每日郵報）。[4]1963年，其與《Birmingham Evening Despatch》合併後更名為《Birmingham Evening Mail and Despatch》（直译：伯明罕晚報），並在1967年再度更名為《Birmingham Evening Mail》（直译：伯明罕晚郵報）。2005年10月，《Birmingham Evening Mail》更名為《Birmingham Mail》後維持至今。[5][6]
《伯明罕郵報》逢星期一至六出版，星期日則有對應的姊妹報紙《週日水銀小報》。[7]
《伯明罕郵報》目前持有者為影响领域公司[8]。該集團也同時持有《每日镜报》與《Birmingham Post》等報紙。[9][10]
Birmingham Live
[编辑]2018年，伯明罕郵報翻新了其官方網站與app，並將其網站原名《Birmingham Mail》改為《Birmingham Live》。[11]2023年，《Birmingham Live》獲得英國區域新聞獎，類別為新聞社群及宣傳類。[12]2024年，《Birmingham Live》以每月訪客量之姿1,100萬人，成為英國最大的區域網路報紙。[13]
編輯
[编辑]現任《伯明罕郵報》編輯為格雷姆·布朗。布朗還擔任《Birmingham Post》、《週日水銀小報》、《Birmingham Live》的主編。[14]之前的編輯則是Marc Reeves[15]與David Brookes[16]、與Steve Dyson[17]。其中，Steve Dyson後來成為了專門研究當代報紙狀況的評論員。[17]
