保加利亞獨立宣言
保加利亞獨立宣言是1908年10月5日，保加利亚大公斐迪南一世在大特尔诺沃宣布保加利亚在法理上取得独立地位，脱离奥斯曼帝国统治，他随后改头衔为沙皇。[1]斐迪南一世還将保加利亚由大公国升为王国。
