2024年1月，Isomorphic Labs與諾華（Novartis AG）及禮來公司（Eli Lilly and Company）達成合作，共同進行AI藥物發現與研究。[10]

2024年5月，Google DeepMind與Isomorphic Labs宣布推出AlphaFold 3，這是一個結合人工智慧與基礎模型的研究平台。該平台透過對約十萬種已知蛋白質的數據進行訓練而開發，並在AlphaFold伺服器上免費提供給非商業研究使用。[11] AlphaFold 3能預測蛋白質的摺疊方式，以及其與藥物中常見分子（如配體或抗體）的相互作用，預期將大幅加速藥物發現的進程。[12]

2024年11月，CASP16的初步結果顯示，基於AlphaFold 3的模型在蛋白質–配體相互作用預測方面，並未顯示出相較既有方法的明顯優勢。在CASP16的藥物靶點姿勢預測（Pose Prediction for Pharma Targets）項目中，，表現最佳的模型為ClusPro與CoDock，兩者均基於基於AlphaFold 2的預測，並經過人工檢視與手動調整ClusPro[13]和CoDock[14]。[15]

儘管如此，2025年4月，Isomorphic Labs於其首次外部融資中成功籌集6億美元，本輪融資由Thrive Capital領投。[16][17]
