哈拉罩希伯來語כיסוי החלות)是一种为用来覆盖在阿什肯纳兹传统的安息日,或是犹太节日(Yom Tov)开始时摆放在餐桌上的双缏条面包希伯來語חַלָּה羅馬化:challah)而特制的布料[1][2][3]。虽然在外观上其看起来主要似乎是为了给餐桌增添装饰性和仪式感,但它的存在既符合犹太教律法的相关教义,也具有象征意义[4]
