哈拉罩
哈拉罩（希伯來語：כיסוי החלות）是一种为用来覆盖在阿什肯纳兹传统的安息日，或是犹太节日（Yom Tov）开始时摆放在餐桌上的双缏条面包（希伯來語：חַלָּה，羅馬化：challah）而特制的布料[1][2][3]。虽然在外观上其看起来主要似乎是为了给餐桌增添装饰性和仪式感，但它的存在既符合犹太教律法的相关教义，也具有象征意义[4]。
