威廉·普罗克特

威廉·普罗克特（William Procter，1801年12月7日 - 1884年4月4日） ^[1]是一位英国出生的企業家。他生于英国赫里福德郡。 ^[2]他于1818年开始经商，他的商店一度遭到抢劫，他又深陷巨额债务。 ^[2] 1827年，在威廉·胡珀的介紹下，威廉·普罗克特^[3]于1830年抵达美国，並且在纽约市制造蜡烛。^[4]1837年与詹姆斯·甘布爾共同创立了宝洁。
