拉勒米运动

拉勒米运动是北美洲西部的一次山脈形成運動或造山運動，始于距今8000万至7000万年的晚白垩纪，持续至距今5500万至3500万年前。其具体的起止时间及持续时间在学界尚存争议。此次造山運動的核心特征表现为深层厚皮变形。
