支原体目或枝原体目（学名：Mycoplasmatales）是柔膜菌纲的一目细菌。该目两个科组成螺原体科和支原体科.[2]
根据原核生物标准命名列表目前（2025年）的定义，[2] 该类与虫原体目（Entomoplasmatales）同义，后者最初旨在包括与节肢动物相关的柔膜菌纲。[1] 较新的系统发育学研究发现，虫原体目并非像塔利（Tully）所认为的那样是单系，而是并系。塔利的虫原体科也因排除了支原体属而属于并系。[3]
