李伯朗[1]（法語：Roméo LeBlanc；1928年12月18日—2009年6月24日）[2]，加拿大新聞工作者、政治人物，曾任加拿大總督。
1928年生於紐賓士域省曼藍庫克，曾就讀於當地的聖若瑟書院，獲文學士及教育學士學位，後赴法國巴黎大學學習。早年擔任教師、加拿大廣播公司記者，曾在加廣渥太華、英國及美國分社任職。[3]1972年當選加拿大下議院議員。1982年末擔任工務部長。1984年，加拿大總督珍修芙在諮詢總理杜魯多後，委任李氏為加拿大上議院議員。[4]1993年，總督那泰善在諮詢總理莊·克里純後，委任李氏為上議院議長。[4]
1995年，加拿大女皇伊利沙伯二世在諮詢總理莊·克里純後，委任李氏為加拿大總督，接替前任總督那泰善。在任期間，李氏曾受邀前往山靜咸府覲見女皇與皇太后。[5]1999年，李氏因健康原因辭職，由伍冰枝接任。
1974年任加拿大樞密院顧問官。[6]2009年6月24日，李伯朗因阿茲海默症逝世，享壽80歲。[7]時任總督莊美楷、總理夏巴及前總理克里純均出席葬禮。[8]
