栗子蛋糕
栗子蛋糕[1][2]是用栗子制作的蛋糕。其制作过程中使用经煮熟研磨的栗子制成的栗子粉，并搭配常规蛋糕原料。此糕点可制成巧克力风味，有时还会在表层覆盖栗子糖霜，并以熟栗子或糖渍栗子作为装饰。该配方亦可调整为无麸质版本。
