波士頓馬拉松冠軍列表

波士頓馬拉松自1897年起舉行至今，是全世界歷史最悠久的年度馬拉松盛會。首場比賽於1897年舉行，僅有15名選手參賽，且全為男性。女子選手自1972年起正式獲准參賽，但早自1966年開始便有女性選手不顧主辦單位波士頓田徑協會反對私自參與。波士頓馬拉松在1975年成為第一個加入輪椅男子組賽事的主要馬拉松比賽，輪椅女子組則於1977年設立。
