白介素-2受体（英語：Interleukin-2 receptor，缩写: IL-2R），是表达在某些免疫细胞 （如淋巴细胞 ）表面的異源三聚體蛋白，可与称为白细胞介素2（IL-2）的细胞因子结合并作出反应。
它是一种I型细胞因子受体[2]，结合白细胞介素2。它由白介素2受体α亚基、β亚基和γ亚基组成，其中β和γ亚基与白介素-15受体共用[3]:713。
