皇家莊園（英語：Royal Lodge），又稱皇家小屋，是一座府邸，位于英格兰伯克郡温莎大公园，温莎城堡以南3英里（4.8公里），坎伯兰小屋以北0.5英里（0.80公里）。建築與土地是英國君主持有的公共財產，由皇家財產局負責管理。从1952年到2002年，这是伊莉莎白王太后在温莎的住处。2004年至2025年，該棟府邸做為約克公爵安德魯王子的住所。
歷史

皇家小屋的历史可追溯到17世纪中叶，1812年乔治四世改建坎伯兰小屋时，暂居此处。约翰·纳西进行一些改动[1]。1931年，乔治五世将其赠给其次子約克公爵阿爾伯特（后來的乔治六世）。主楼有30个房间，包括7个卧室。1952年乔治六世逝世后，伊莉莎白王太后继续住在此处，直到2002年去世。
2003年8月，安德魯王子與皇家財產局簽定75年租約承租此府邸，並自費數百萬英鎊裝修後，在隔年遷入居住[2]，成為其正式官邸。直至2025年10月30日，由於安德魯王子牽涉性犯罪者謝菲·愛潑斯坦醜聞，英王查理斯三世宣佈剝奪他所有王室頭銜，且需遷出皇家小屋[3]，安德魯將搬到諾福克郡私人莊園桑德令罕府（Sandringham House）的一處房產[4][5][6]。
