锡斯坦盆地
锡斯坦盆地是位於阿富汗西南部和伊朗东南部的一個内流盆地。當地比較干旱。赫尔曼德河流域是该盆地內最大的河流流域。 [1][2]锡斯坦盆地境內有蘆原，當地的家畜以蘆原內的蘆葦為食。 [3]
