CD66b（cluster of differentiation 66，分化簇66b，也称为“癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子8”，Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 8，缩写CEACAM8）是一种细胞表面蛋白质，属于癌胚抗原（CEA）蛋白质家族，通过糖磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）锚定在细胞膜上，在粒细胞上高表达，可作为粒细胞的标志物，参与细胞黏附、细胞迁移和病原体识别 。
