傑馬爾·培瑞茲（英語：Christian Jaymar Perez[1]，1993年11月17日—）是一名菲律賓職業籃球運動員，目前效力於菲律賓籃球協會的生力啤酒人（英语：San Miguel Beermen）。他於2018年PBA選秀（英语：2018 PBA draft）中被泰拉菲馬（英语：Terrafirma Dyip）以狀元籤選中[2]，也曾是菲律賓國家男子籃球隊的成員。

2025年，培瑞茲首次擔任教練，成為菲律賓馬哈利卡女子籃球聯賽（WMPBL）（英语：Women's Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League）PSP Gymers隊的助理教練[3]。
