尹斯婷（英語：Si Ting Yin），舞蹈家、编导、教育家，凤凰舞蹈学校（Phoenix Dance Academy）与BC Ballet创办人。她毕业于中国中央民族大学舞蹈系，是中国国家一级演员，曾任职于林业部文工团、深圳市歌舞团及东营胜利油田歌舞团。

[编辑]尹斯婷自幼学习舞蹈，少年时期作为文化交流小使者，多次赴俄罗斯、韩国、香港、澳门等地进行艺术交流演出。14岁时，担任领舞的胶州秧歌《苦菜花》荣获第四届全国舞蹈比赛冠军。
她曾参与多个中央、省市级艺术团体的演出与编导工作，包括2002年中央电视台《心连心》艺术团、2006年黑龙江国际生态旅游节、2009年央视庆祝新中国成立六十周年文艺晚会《江上》及2011年大型舞剧《梦回江南》.[1]。
移民与创办学校
[编辑]尹斯婷移民至加拿大温哥华后，创办凤凰舞蹈学校（Phoenix Dance Academy）与BC Ballet，致力于中西融合的舞蹈教育与青少年艺术培养。 她现任北美艺术家协会舞蹈编导、加中文化传播协会副会长，并多次担任国际舞蹈大赛评委[2]。

[编辑]Siting Yin, founder of Phoenix Dance Academy, graduated from the Dance Department of Minzu University of China and is a National First-Class Performer in China. She has served in the Art Troupe of the Ministry of Forestry, Shenzhen Song and Dance Troupe, and Shengli Oilfield Song and Dance Troupe in Dongying.
In her youth, as a cultural exchange ambassador, she participated in numerous art exchange performances in Russia, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Macau. At the age of 14, she was the lead dancer in *Ku Cai Hua*, a Jiaozhou Yangko piece that won the championship at the 4th National Dance Competition. After immigrating to Vancouver, she founded *Phoenix Dance Academy* and *BC Ballet*. She currently serves as Dance Choreographer for the North America Artists Association and Vice President of the Canada-China Cultural Communication Association [3]
