安东尼·卡瑞根（英语：Anthony Carrigan，1983年1月2日—），美国男演员。他最出名的作品为HBO电视剧《巴瑞》（2018年至2023年），并凭借该剧三次获黄金时段艾美奖喜剧类最佳男配角提名（2019年、2022年及2023年）。

[编辑]卡瑞根患有全头秃，一种导致脱发的自体免疫性疾病[2][3][4][5]。他一直致力于鼓励好莱坞提升此表征的可见度，并倡导更多地接受可见的差异[6][7]。他在成长过程中，起初还只有小块、可控制的秃斑；但在二十多岁时，脱发变得更加明显[8]。卡瑞根在好莱坞以完全没有头发而闻名，经常被定型为反派角色[9]。
