重置移民

重置移民（remigration）[1]，或译再迁移、重返迁移，是一个由极右翼白人提出的概念[2]。重置移民的支持者主张透过大规模驱逐非白人移民及其后代（有时包括已取得所在国国籍者甚至在所在国出身者）来保持白人文化的纯洁性[3][4][5]。部分重置移民的支持者主张某些具有“非欧洲背景”的人在某种程度上“融入欧洲文化”的前提下，可以不被纳入大规模驱逐的范围[6][7][5]。

重置移民的支持者通常视其为应对大规模移民问题与欧洲“伊斯兰化”问题的解决方案。甚至不少欧洲的极右翼政党已将重置移民纳入其核心政纲之中[8][9]。英国战略对话研究所2019年4月的研究表明，2012年至2019年间，Twitter有关重置移民的讨论有明显增加。Telegram以及如今已由右翼商人埃隆·马斯克持有的Twitter（X）等社群媒体在推动这一名词进入主流话语中发挥了重要作用[10]。

2024年美国大选后，唐纳德·特朗普及其支持者将“重置移民”引入了美国的主流话语之中。川普曾经表示要对非法移民执行重返迁移政策，还曾声称要驱逐俄亥俄州春田市的海地移民（尽管大多数人已取得在美居留权）[11][12]。在卓兰·曼达尼赢得2025年纽约市长民主党初选后，一些支持川普的共和党议员表示要剥夺曼达尼的美国公民权，并将他驱逐出境[13][14]。
