VShojo是美国的一家虚拟YouTuber经纪公司，于2020年11月24日首次公开。由Twitch创始人之一的贾斯汀·伊格纳西奥（theGunrun（本名Justin Ignacio））与YouTuber菲利普·福图纳特（MowtenDoo（本名Phillip Fortunat））共同创建VShojo以促进英语Vtuber的发展。2025年7月24日，VShojo宣布因资金短缺终止运作。

历史

2020年11月24日，首次公开VShojo虚拟YouTuber经纪公司[1][2][3]。VShojo的首席执行官贾斯汀·伊格纳西奥是Twitch的创始人之一，而首席技术官菲利普·福图纳特是YouTube上的一名内容创作者，他们共同创建VShojo以促进英语VTuber的发展[1][2][3]。

2021年10月，根据观看时长，Ironmouse和Veibae首次被列入Twitch的前10名女性直播主[4][5]。2022年2月15日，Ironmouse在Twitch的粉丝数超过100万，订阅人数达到75,000，成为Twitch订阅人数最多的女性主播[6][7]。2月20日，Ironmouse的Twitch订阅人数超过93,000，成为当时Twitch订阅最活跃的主播[8]。

2025年5月15日，菲利普·福图纳特正式离任CMO一职[9]。

2025年7月22日，Ironmouse宣布退出VShojo，并且指控该公司除了拖欠款项之外，也侵占于一年多前在实况马拉松上举办募款以用于捐给美国免疫缺乏基金会的款项，金额超过50万美元，她同时表示已经准备好法律团队进行诉讼[10]。随后全数成员均宣布离开VShojo，VShojo亦于7月24日宣布因资金短缺终止运作[11]。

2025年7月22日，Ironmouse宣布退出VShojo，并且指控该公司除了拖欠款项之外，也侵占于一年多前在实况马拉松上举办募款以用于捐给美国免疫缺乏基金会的款项，金额达到51.5万美元。对此Kson要求VShojo营运对争议诚实回应。虽然有收到公司方回应，但并非是Kson指定的人[28]。随后晚间，VShojo日本执行长牧野耕志出现于Kson的直播上，提到掌控美国公司财务状况有限、对欠薪问题无法完全保证、自己也以今年减薪的方式工作，同时提到Ironmouse的51.5万美元募款可能已经被挪用为美国公司的营运资金[29]。Kson在直播上宣布自己因欠薪达数千万日圆即刻退出VShojo[30]。在这一退社声明发出之后，除Apricot外全数成员均先后宣布退出VShojo，但Apricot亦从其社交账户移除所有有关VShojo的商标。在VShojo宣布终止营运不久之后，Apricot亦正式宣布退出VShojo。[31][32]

VShojo执行长贾斯汀·伊格纳西奥于7月24日承认不当挪用募款资金，宣布因资金不足将终止运作[11]。他于声明中声称事后才知道有关资金其实是旗下VTuber䓓募的善款，但遭网民揭发他其实一直知情，并为有关募款活动宣传，因此被网民及多间媒体批评事到如今仍在说谎[33]。
