椎实螺总科（学名：Lymnaeoidea）是腹足纲喜湿螺总目（亦作潮螺总目）之下其中一个总科，包括有体型从小到大、会呼吸空气的淡水螺[1]。自2017年的《布歇特等人的腹足类分类》开始，原来的斜顶螺总科（Acroloxoidea Thiele, 1931）和扁蜷总科（Planorboidea Rafinesque, 1815）被并入本总科，成为了本总科的异名[2]。

- 淤泥螺科 Bulinidae P. Fischer & Crosse, 1880
- Burnupiidae Albrecht, 2017
- Clivunellidae Kochansky-Devidé & Slišković, 1972 †
- 椎实螺科（Lymnaeidae Rafinesque, 1815）
- 膀胱螺科（Physidae Fitzinger, 1833）：又名囊螺科，旧属扁蜷总科。
- 扁蜷科（Planorbidae Rafinesque, 1815）：旧属扁蜷总科。
- 异名：
- Ancylidae Rafinesque, 1815: synonym of Ancylinae Rafinesque, 1815
