3D制造格式（英语：3MF, 3D Manufacturing Format），是由3MF联盟（3MF Consortium）开发并发布的3D档案格式[2][3]。

3MF为基于XML描述方式的资料格式，专供3D列印而设计。它能够包含STL格式无法表现的材质和颜色等资讯[4][5]。3MF 是 Linux 开放标准专案的一部分[6]，并不打算在传统的3D电脑辅助设计领域中与其他格式竞争[7]。其设计目的是要比完整的CAD数据交换格式更易于实作[8]。为推广3MF档案格式，3MF联盟公开了这个格式的C++实作[9]。

2025年3MF成为ISO标准：ISO/IEC 25422:2025 [1][10]。

Autodesk、达梭系统、PTC、Netfabb等CAD软体相关企业已加入3MF联盟。该联盟的其他成员还包括微软（提供作业系统与3D建模支援）、SLM及惠普等企业[15]。此外，Materialise、3D Systems、西门子PLM软体、Stratasys等3D列印与积层制造业务的主要企业也加入该联盟[16]。
