英國皇家空軍（上）和美國海軍陸戰隊（下）的F-35B在英格蘭東部海域上空編隊飛行

洛克希德·馬丁公司生產的F-35閃電II戰鬥機為眾多聯合打擊戰鬥機計劃參與夥伴國家（如英國、意大利、挪威、澳大利亞等）採購，亦透過美國國防部的海外軍售項目為日本、韓國、以色列等國採購。本列表列出了全球範圍F-35閃電II戰鬥機使用國及其運行部署簡況。另外，列表也包括軍購合同已經獲得批准、計劃接收交付的國家。
