VinFast（NASDAQ：VFS）[4]全稱「VinFast生產及經營有限責任公司」（越南語：Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn sản xuất và kinh doanh VinFast；漢喃文：公司責任有限產出吧經營 VinFast），華文媒體通稱「溫納快車」[5][6][7][8]、「維納迅馳」[9]或「維納馳迅」[10]，是Vingroup集團於2017年開設的汽車製造公司，為越南本地建立的首個私家車品牌（先前僅有本土的商用車品牌），其總部位於海防市的葛海特區[11][12][13]。
VinFast自2021年開始販售電動車[14]，於2022年推動進軍海外，並先後成爲越南本土第一家電動汽車品牌、以及首家向海外市場擴張的越南國產汽車品牌[15][16]。VinFast於2022初時發布計畫，在同年底停止生產燃油車，此後只打造純電動車產品[17]。
名稱
[編輯]該企業行號「VinFast」中的含義按照越南文發音可拆分為：Việt Nam（越南）- Phong cách（風格）- An toàn（安全）- Sáng tạo（創造）- Tiên phong（先鋒）[18]。
沿革
[編輯]VinFast於2017年9月開始在越南海防葛海縣建設工廠，占地面積335公頃[18]；後於同年購得通用汽車在河內的VIDAMCO工廠[19]。
2018年10月，VinFastVinFast的首兩款汽車在巴黎車展上正式發佈，並於同年12月在越南上市[20] [21][22]。2019年3月21日，VinFast將首批155輛「VinFast Lux」系列車型（含113輛成品車及42輛半成品車）分階段送往歐洲、亞洲、澳洲、非洲和越南等14個國家進行質量測試，並以其優良檢測結果獲得了東盟NCAP的五星評級[23]。2019年6月，VinFast開動量產車型產線，並首度交車予消費者[24]。
2020年第1季度，VinFast的銷量排在越南第五位[25]。2020年9月10日，VinFast官方宣布上半年虧損6.6萬億越南盾（2.84億美元）[26]。
2021年3月，與輝能科技簽署合作備忘錄（MOU），根據協議將被授權使用輝能的MAB（Multi-Axis Bipolar + Technology）固態電池封裝技術生產固態電池組[27][28]。
2021年5月26日，路透報導，汽車製造商VinFast已與摩根大通和德意志銀行接觸，為其計劃在美國上市提供諮詢，但消息人士稱，由於監管不確定性，這家越南公司可能在美國首次上市面臨延遲。VinFast母公司Vingroup JSC (VIC.HM) 副主席Le Thi Thu Thuy告訴路透社：「VinFast正在與摩根大通和德意志銀行等顧問合作，共同參與美國上市。」路透社5月早些時候報道稱，VinFast的估值約為600億美元，並已任命瑞士信貸領導這項潛在交易。消息人士稱，VinFast的IPO可能籌集至少20億美元，一位消息人士稱，交易定於第二季度進行。兩位直接了解此事的消息人士表示，VinFast的首選方案是與SPAC合併以在美國上市。[29]。
2021年7月27日，VinFast的母公司Vingroup宣布由歐寶CEO米夏埃爾·洛舍勒（Michael Lohscheller）擔任VinFast Global的CEO[30]，然而洛舍勒在5個月之後辭任[31]。
2021年12月25日，Vinfast交付首批100輛VF e34電動跨界車。VF e34是VinFast的首個電動車型，也是有史以來首個在越南生產和銷售的電動車型[32]。
2022年3月29日，VinFast宣布將在美國北卡羅萊納州的查塔姆縣設立首座北美工廠[33]，為當地提供7,500個工作崗位[34]。
2022年5月24日，Vinfast宣布正籌備將總部遷往新加坡，稱「新加坡是一個能給投資者更多信心的司法轄區[35]」。新加坡將成為其法律和財務總部，而越南仍作為運營總部。據悉，VinFast的赴美IPO計劃將推遲到2023年[36]。
2022年7月6日，VinFast與輝能科技簽署技術合作協議，VinFast全面投入次世代固態電池研發，自2024年起，輝能科技計畫將供貨次世代固態電池電芯給越快，以支持VinFast新型純電車款的發表[37][38]。

爭議
[編輯]2021年5月，一位越南YouTuber在其影片中批評VinFast Lux A2.0性能不佳，輪胎壓力傳感器、擋風玻璃雨刷、無線手機充電器有所故障，車門吱吱作響，經銷商的態度差劣[39]。VinFast公司則報警指控這名YouTuber的影片中「存在不實內容，影響公司聲譽[40]」。
