撤離日（普什圖語：د وتلو ورځ，羅馬化：da watlo warz）[1]是阿富汗國家節日，目的是慶祝美軍撤出阿富汗。2022年，塔利班宣布將8月31日列為公共假期，並在2023年升成全國性假日。它與「 勝利日」相隔半個月，後者是為了慶祝塔利班攻佔喀布爾而設。[2]
背景
[編輯]2001年至2021年，美國派出軍隊前往阿富汗與阿爾蓋達組織和塔利班作戰。[3]2020年，美國開始從阿富汗撤軍，[4]並在2021年8月30日圓滿完成。[5]美軍撤出前的最後幾個月里，塔利班發動攻勢成功復辟。[6]8月31日，塔利班為美軍撤離舉行了慶祝活動。[7]
歷史
[編輯]2022年8月30日，塔利班宣布將8月31日定為公共假日。[8]在阿富汗首都喀布爾，塔利班舉行閱兵儀式慶祝美軍撤離一周年，並宣稱「擺脫美國佔領獲得自由」。[9][3]塔利班士兵還在已關閉的美國駐阿富汗大使館大門前揮舞阿富汗伊斯蘭酋長國國旗，鳴槍燃放煙花，高呼「美國去死！打倒佔領者！自由萬歲！」[10]
2023年1月9日，阿富汗勞工與社會事務部宣布暫停原定於8月31日舉行的「撤離日」慶祝活動，理由是與「勝利日」相似。[11]同年6月17日，塔利班政府恢復其全國性假日地位。[1][12]2023年8月，阿富汗伊斯蘭酋長國最高領導人海巴圖拉·阿洪扎達下令禁止當年舉辦官方慶典，但仍有部分民眾以非官方形式自發慶祝這一節日。[9]
