蕨（學名：Pteridium aquilinum subsp. japonicum），俗稱蕨菜、拳頭菜、龍頭菜，是歐洲蕨的一個亞種，分布於東亞、北亞以及東歐。^[2]《中國植物志》誤將美洲蕨（學名：Pteridium aquilinum subsp. latiusculum）的學名用於本亞種。^[3]

其嫩葉可以食用；根部可以提取澱粉食用，做成蕨根粉、蕨根糍粑。在中國、日本、韓國都有食用。蕨菜含有致癌的原蕨苷（英語：Ptaquiloside），食用地區致癌率相應較高。雖然經過處理、烹飪可大幅減少原蕨苷含量，但是並不能完全去除。生長在水源周圍時也會導致污染。^[4]^[5]
