此模板是一组模板的一部分，用于创建专辑、单曲等的认证表格的。注意WP:MOSALBUM建议当专辑获得多项认证才创建表格。

通用参数
[编辑]所有模板都支持以下通用参数：
|format=：表格的大小和格式。|format=3col，默认值，会创建三栏列表：认证的地区、奖项和销量。|format=2col或|format=2colthin则会创建两栏列表：地区和奖项。若使用第二种两栏列表，地区栏将采用较短的形式。
