他美曲林（英語：Tametraline，研發代號：CP-24,441），化學名1R-甲基氨基-4S-苯基-四氫萘（1R-Methylamino-4S-phenyl-tetralin），是輝瑞公司研究的一系列化合物的母體，這些化合物最終促成了舍曲林的開發[1]。
該藥物是大鼠腦突觸體中去甲腎上腺素攝取的強效抑制劑[2]，可逆轉利血平誘導的小鼠失溫症，並阻斷大鼠心臟對氚代去甲腎上腺素的攝取[3]。
他美曲林是一種去甲腎上腺素-多巴胺再吸收抑制劑（NDRI）[4]。
