南方侏儒海馬（學名：Idiotropiscis australe）為條鰭魚綱棘背魚目海龍魚科的其中一種，該物種分布於東印度洋西澳大利亞及南澳大利亞海域，體長可達5.5公分，棲息在大陸棚，卵胎生。
