卡什亞普·普拉莫德·維諾德·巴特爾（英語：Kashyap Pramod Vinod Patel，1980年2月25日—）[1]是一名美國律師和前政府特工，現任聯邦調查局長。他曾在第一次川普內閣中擔任美國國家安全會議官員、代理國家情報總監的高級顧問和代理國防部長的幕僚長。[2][3][4]在第二次川普內閣中被確認擔任聯邦調查局局長後，巴特爾成為第一位領導該機關的亞裔和印度裔美國人。[5]

2025年9月27日，總統川普在真實社交平台上發文，稱2021年1月6日國會山莊騷亂中有274名FBI特工混入群眾，可能是充當煽動者和叛亂分子。[38]同日，巴特爾發文澄清相關說法，稱當日的特工僅是被派去執行人群控制任務；而司法部獨立監察長邁克爾·霍洛維茨在2024年12月發布的一份報告亦稱「我們在審查的材料或收到的證詞中，沒有發現任何證據表明或暗示聯邦調查局在1月6日的各個抗議人群中或在國會大廈中安排了臥底人員」。[39]
