古巴政黨列表
這是一個關於古巴政黨的列表。
1992年修訂的古巴憲法將組建其他政黨的行為除罪化。此後，反對黨在古巴時有出現，但它們在古巴國內幾乎沒有任何影響力。
古巴法律禁止任何團體和個人接受外國政府以在古巴國內創建政治組織為目的的資金援助。古巴法律不允許包括古巴共產黨在內的任何政黨推薦候選人參加選舉。各級議員在沒有任何政黨干涉的情況下經由公民投票選舉產生。雖然當選議員主要來自於古巴共產黨，但還有一些議員是不隸屬於任何政黨的獨立人士[1][2][3]。因此，反對黨的政治集會只是偶爾在島上舉行。[4]
古巴法律還規定，為政治組織的目的接受外國政府資金將受到懲罰。[5]
