小細胞癌（也稱為小細胞肺癌、燕麥細胞癌）是一種極為惡性的癌症，最常出現在肺中，[1]偶爾出現在其它身體部位，例如子宮頸、[2]前列腺[3]和胃腸道。相比其他癌症而言，小細胞癌具有較短的倍增時間，更高的生長分數並傾向於較早地轉移。
