海南金星蕨（學名：Parathelypteris subimmersa）為金星蕨科金星蕨屬下的一個種[1]。
英國蕨類植物學家R.E.Holtum歸為大金星蕨屬，《中國植物志》則歸為金星蕨屬[2]。
