捲軸（英語：scrollbar）是一種電腦程式中的控制項，使用者透過操縱捲軸，電腦顯示器、視窗或視角內的文字、圖片或任何其他內容可以沿上、下、左、右等方向捲動。[1][2]在最早的GUI中，它也被稱為句柄（handle）。它們存在於各種電子裝置中，包括電腦、繪圖計算機、行動電話和可攜式媒體播放器。使用者使用某種直接操作方法與捲軸元素互動，捲軸將該操作轉換為捲動命令，使用者通過捲軸元素和捲動內容的視覺化更新接收回饋。[3]
