瓊氏互養菌(學名:Synergistes jonesii)是細菌的一個種,是其互養菌屬的模式種。 它是一種瘤胃細菌,能降解包括含羞草鹼在內的有毒吡啶二醇(pyridinediols)。它具有專性厭氧性,革蘭氏陰性,呈桿狀。[1][2] 該菌由雷蒙德·J·瓊斯(Raymond J. Jones)於1981年在夏威夷發現,[2] 該發現假設於1986年由他自己和R·G·梅加里蒂(R·G·Megarrity)證明。[3]
