商務部海洋和大氣副部長（英語：Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere），是美國聯邦政府主管海洋和大氣事務的高級官員，也是美國商務部環境和科學活動的首席顧問。
副部長由美國總統在參議院的同意下任命，為總統服務。現任副部長是里克·斯賓拉德，他於2021年4月22日被總統喬·拜登提名，6月17日得到確認，並於2021年6月22日正式宣誓就職。[1][2]
