血管緊張肽I轉化酶(英語:Angiotensin-converting enzyme,又稱為血管收縮素轉化酶,簡稱為ACE,EC 3.4.15.1)是一種外肽酶。
化學屬性
[編輯]人類血管緊張肽I轉化酶化學式為C7380H11222O2461N1817S43Cl3Zn2[7][8](注,分子式計算結果考慮了部分注釋醣基化糖鏈,計算時使用普遍形式的 N-連接(GlcNAc...)天門冬醯胺Man9GlcNAc2,典型糖鏈和已注釋的複雜型 N-連接(GlcNAc...)天門冬醯胺Neu5Ac2Gal2GlcNAc4Man3糖鏈,以及二硫鍵轉譯後修飾。)
分子量為:146829.26,等電點:5.89 ,由1277個胺基酸組成[9],在膜旁柄區域蛋白水解裂解後在血漿和其他體液中釋放可溶性形式的血管緊張肽I轉化酶。
功能

主要功能有以下兩個:
血管收縮素轉化酶因這兩種功能而成為治療高血壓、心力衰竭、第2型糖尿病和糖尿病腎病等疾病的理想靶點。血管收縮素轉化酶抑制劑能減少血管收縮素II的生成,並增加緩激肽的活性。
此外,ACE也能催化血管收縮素-(1-9)轉化為血管收縮素-(1-7)。
