建議填寫

所在地
街道位址、所在行政區、郵遞區號、地理座標。對於英國學校，請填入組成邦：英格蘭、蘇格蘭、北愛爾蘭、威爾斯，他們各有其教育制度及主管部門。
學生人數
建議附上參考資料，或至少標記資料年分（如（2007））。其他隨年度而變更的資料，如預算、教職員工數、生師比、畢業生，也應該如此。
校訓
如非中文，應使用適當之語言模板，並附上漢語翻譯。
視覺象徵
該校徽章（英語：Crest (heraldry)）、標誌、校印、象徵或臂章。可自該校網站複製或自校方文書掃描而得。必須提供來源、授權條款，並遵循合理使用規定。
官方網站
我們建議您到維基數據更新這方面資料。

關於視覺象徵部分，一般難以取得自由著作權檔案，可以使用在戶外長期展示的校徽替代，惟須留意原創性門檻和全景自由。（2019年6月討論參照）

建議避免填寫項目

  • 聯絡方式：例如電話號碼、傳真號碼、電子信箱。（見相關方針）
  • 副職領導人與臨時職位：例如副校長、副主席（見相關方針）、代理校長
  • 尊稱：前綴（英語：Pre-nominal letters）或後綴字（CEO、Dr、BA、BSc、MA、PhD等）及性別用語（先生、女士）。例如：不要使用「黨委書記：王大華先生」，只需要寫出「黨委書記：王大華」就好了。
  • 國家旗幟：在所在地欄位，勿添加如{{USA}}（ 美國）的旗幟模板，請單純使用「美國」或「[[美國]]」
