新加坡共和国驻峇淡总领事馆（英語：Consulate General of the Republic of Singapore in Batam，馬來語：Konsulat Jeneral Republik Singapura di Batam），是新加坡驻印尼的三座使领馆之一，于2009年设立于廖內群島省巴淡。
巴淡位于新加坡以南，苏门答腊岛以东，與新加坡隔新加坡海峽相望，两地相距仅20公里，两地人员往来频繁[2]，该群岛也是新加坡對印尼投资的重心地点[3]。2009年4月22日，新加坡外交部在巴淡设立领事馆[4]，為该国在印尼的第二座领事馆[5]，该馆於2010年8月正式开幕[6]，2017年8月30日，新加坡政府正式將该国驻巴淡及棉兰的两座领事馆升格為总领事馆[7]。
