新加坡共和國駐巴淡總領事館（英語：Consulate General of the Republic of Singapore in Batam，馬來語：Konsulat Jeneral Republik Singapura di Batam），是新加坡駐印尼的三座使領館之一，於2009年設立於廖內群島省巴淡。
巴淡位於新加坡以南，蘇門答臘島以東，與新加坡隔新加坡海峽相望，兩地相距僅20公里，兩地人員往來頻繁[2]，該群島也是新加坡對印尼投資的重心地點[3]。2009年4月22日，新加坡外交部在巴淡設立領事館[4]，為該國在印尼的第二座領事館[5]，該館於2010年8月正式開幕[6]，2017年8月30日，新加坡政府正式將該國駐巴淡及棉蘭的兩座領事館升格為總領事館[7]。
