韦伯函数（Weber function）也称为龙梅尔-韦伯函数（Lommel-Weber function），是1879年德国物理学家海因里希·弗里德里希·韦伯（Heinrich Friedrich Weber）首先研究的函数，由下列定积分定义：

$\mathbf {E} _{\nu }(z)={\frac {1}{\pi }}\int _{0}^{\pi }\sin(\nu \theta -z\sin \theta )\,d\theta$

微分方程

韦伯函数满足下列微分方程

$z^{2}y^{\prime \prime }+zy^{\prime }+(z^{2}-\nu ^{2})y=-((z+\nu )+(z-\nu )\cos(\pi z))/\pi .$
