协议实现一致性声明

协议实现一致性声明（Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement）简称PICS，是一种结构性文件（英语：Structured document），说明针对特定通讯协定标准的实作是否符合对应标准^[1]。协议实现一致性声明一般是正式协定相容性测试结果的记录，有些测试自动化也会输出协议实现一致性声明^[2]。设备的潜在买家或是使用者也会透过PICS确认特定产品是否符合需求。

在ISO/IEC 8327 资讯科技－开放系统互连－以连结为导向的会话协议中，也有协议实现一致性声明的内容，ISO/IEC 8327-2:1996 Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS) proforma。

协议实现一致性声明可以配合TTCN-3（测试及测试控制表达法）使用。

有些ISO文件会在附录中加入PICS的说明，例如针对令牌环实体层的IEC 8802-5（英语：IEC 8802-5），BACnet通讯协定也在其标准的附录A说明PICS的格式和内容。
