協議實現一致性聲明

協議實現一致性聲明（Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement）簡稱PICS，是一種結構性文件（英語：Structured document），說明針對特定通訊協定標準的實作是否符合對應標準^[1]。協議實現一致性聲明一般是正式協定相容性測試結果的記錄，有些測試自動化也會輸出協議實現一致性聲明^[2]。設備的潛在買家或是使用者也會透過PICS確認特定產品是否符合需求。

在ISO/IEC 8327 資訊科技－開放系統互連－以連結為導向的會話協議中，也有協議實現一致性聲明的內容，ISO/IEC 8327-2:1996 Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS) proforma。

協議實現一致性聲明可以配合TTCN-3（測試及測試控制表達法）使用。

有些ISO文件會在附錄中加入PICS的說明，例如針對令牌環實體層的IEC 8802-5（英語：IEC 8802-5），BACnet通訊協定也在其標準的附錄A說明PICS的格式和內容。
