全球繁榮指數是列格坦研究機構（Legatum Institute）比較167個國家和地區的各種因素而作出的年度排名，包括包容性社會、開放型經濟和賦權民眾。在2023年的報告裏，丹麥高居榜首，其次是瑞典和挪威。[1]
方法
[編輯]2023年全球繁榮指數以67個不同要素來分析167個國家和地區，數據來自蓋洛普世界民意調查（Gallup World Poll）、世界貿易組織、世界發展指標（World Development Indicators）、國內生產總值、世界知識產權組織、聯合國人類發展報告、世界銀行、經濟合作與發展組織和世界價值調查。167個因素被歸納為12類，並利用類別中所有要素的平均值得出12個分項指數，分別是：
- 安全與保障
- 個人自由
- 治理
- 社會資本
- 投資環境
- 企業狀況
- 基礎設施與市場准入
- 經濟質量
- 生活條件
- 健康
- 教育
- 自然環境
牛津分析協助繁榮指數的早期發展，對於數據產生及計算方式做出了貢獻。如今，每年的指數產生由全球繁榮指數研究所出版。
