美國駐香港及澳門總領事為美國駐香港及澳門總領事館的館長，負責美國政府在香港特別行政區和澳門特別行政區的一切事務。[1][2]根據香港基本法第13-14條說明，中華人民共和國主理香港的外交事務，各國駐港領事官員亦向該國駐中國大使負責，然而美國駐港澳總領館直屬美國國務院，而非美國駐華大使館。
