白血球介素-7受體（Interleukin-7 receptor，IL7R），簡稱白介素-7受體，是一種I型細胞因子受體，能結合白血球介素-7（IL7）。它由白介素-7受體α亞基（CD127）與γ亞基（CD132）組成^[2]。其中γ亞基與IL-2、IL-4、IL-15等的受體共用^[3]，α亞基與胸腺基質淋巴細胞生成素（TSLP）的受體共用^[4]。
