互营杆菌目（学名：Syntrophobacterales）是热脱硫杆菌门的一个目。[2]它是互营杆菌纲（Syntrophobacteria）的唯一成员。[3]所有属都是严格厌氧的。[4]互营杆菌科（Syntrophobacteraceae）的许多成员都具有硫酸盐还原能力。有些种类利用一根极鞭毛运动。
