• CEO任命：維基媒體基金會理事會任命了貝爾納黛特·米漢（Bernadette Meehan）為基金會新任CEO。她將於2026年1月20日正式履新，屆時將與全球各地維基社群展開交流。
• 維基百科25週年慶派對：歡迎參與線上慶祝活動，內容包含遊戲、獎品、音樂表演、志願者聚光燈、資料視覺化展示、神秘嘉賓等精彩環節。活動時間為1月15日 16:00 UTC，請至元維基完成報名。

• 技術新聞：來自技術新聞第48期、第49期的更新資訊：基金會正致力於改進發送給新使用者的驗證郵件的內容與呈現方式，使其更具親和力、更實用、更直觀地呈現資訊；已新建兩個維基：道本語維基百科、奈及利亞皮欽語維基語錄。
• 基礎設施：整合行動裝置與桌面裝置的網域後，行動裝置的回應速度提升了20%，SEO得到改善，並降低了基礎設施的負載。
